I had no idea that behind that counter lay the beating heart of an authentic and passionate kitchen. Every product tells a story of love for the local territory: the artisan bread is made with flour and grains from the Ibiza mill, the vegetables are km zero, and the meat is cooked in a wood-fired oven, delivering those intense flavors that only traditional cooking can provide. The fish is excellent, incredibly fresh. The prices are great, especially considering the quality of what arrives at your table. The atmosphere breathes pure Ibiza style, that relaxed and genuine vibe that makes the island so special. On Friday evenings they host live rock music, perfect for ending the week on a high note. "We came here for the first time this Friday lunch time. We were welcomed liked friends. The first thing I noticed was the bread which I later found out is cooked daily by Luigi the chef after having sea food restaurants in London and New York taking his yeast / culture with him where ever he ventured to make this amazing sour dough style bread. He is now based in Ibiza and lovingly cooks up a storm. You taste the love added. We sat out the back where an amazing view and breeze kept us cool whilst we waited for our food We both had the Calamari which was presented beautifully and tasted great. Everything was surprising about the place including the costs and value for money. We will definitely be returning and have no hesitation in recommending that you do the same. "Can Poll is an old style bar and restaurant with an excellent new style chef. Luigi takes pride in everything he produces, from his wonderful home cooked bread to his own organic vegetable garden or his superb coffee from Naples. Every dish was thoughtfully crafted combining tradition with creative new ideas. I love the original bar/restaurants of Ibiza, where workers go for reasonably priced good food. Can Poll preserves the traditional look of those places, but serves food that is better prepared and more creatively original than many of the high priced fancy restaurants on Ibiza. It does this at very reasonable prices. Service was friendly and prompt. We will definitely be coming back."

Fresh verduras from home garden(!!!!), good bread, fresh sardines, home made aioli, super kind service, home made dessert and a frozen hierbas or limoncello!!!
